Students must be punctual. As per the norms all students to report to school not before 10 minutes of the starting of the school. Post first bell entry will not be permitted subsequently. Regularity of attendance and punctuality are important in the academic progression and character building in the child.
Students must come to school in neat and clean, well ironed school uniform and sports uniform allocated on a particular day. Uniform is compulsory at all school functions, Parent Teacher Meetings and on any visit the child may make to the school during working hours. Strict action will be taken against uniform defaulter.
Students have a biometric attendance at the entry point followed by manual attendance in the classroom. To register the same, wearing I-Card is mandate every day. Loss of I-card is to be reported immediately to class teachers and admin office. A new card will be issued on payment (Authorization card – Rs. 500; Student I-Card Rs.1000 & Lanyard Rs.300).
The students are not allowed to leave the school during school hours unless in case of unfortunate eventuality for which the parents/authorized designate will have to collect their ward only after producing parent I-Card.
For any enquiry parents may contact at the school reception. If required, they are allowed to meet the respective co-ordinator/in charge of that respective section/principal, but only after prior appointment which can be sought from the front desk/school administrator over phone or via school mailing ID. Parents entry in the school permissible only with the parent I-card and only on the school working days and hours specified by the school administration.
Students are not allowed to receive visitors during school hours. As per CBSE norms Lunch/ Tiffin boxes will NOT be delivered to the child under any circumstance.
School property must be taken care of and respected by the students. Writing or scribbling on the walls or causing damage to School Property will be treated as a breach of discipline. Damage to school property should be reported at once to the class teacher or to the vice Principal. Vandalising of school property will be taken cognizance of and may lead to disciplinary action.
Bunking of school by student of any class irrespective of age, will lead to immediate rustication and expulsion of student from the school without any explanation whatsoever.
Parent’s attendance is mandatory at all Parent Teacher Meetings. It is parents’ /guardians’ responsibility to ensure correct authentic signatures on report card and all-important notices.Only and only parents will be entertained on the PTM’s.
Wearing of Helmet and a Learner’s License is mandatory for all students riding a two-wheeler. However, the school is in all mind to ensure MG World Vision as a model school favouring the environment and only allow bicycles in the school campus from class VIII onwards, thereby inculcating environment friendliness and love for fitness amongst it’s esteemed students. The vehicle of the student will be confiscated in the absence of either or both (Class VIII to X only bicycles; Class XI to XII gearless vehicles with prior permission).
Parents are allowed to meet the teachers in the school premises only on the designate PTM days. For all other queries they can write in the school Almanac of their ward which would be replied by the class teachers’ in person or else shoot a mail seeking appointment from the respective co-ordinator or call front office for appointment regarding the query to be resolved in person.
In the interest of the safety and security of your ward, as per norms, all students must be picked up by the parents/designate transport arrangements within 10 minutes stretchable up to utmost 15 minutes of the dispersal time every single working day of the school failing which it would be deemed necessary for the parents to explain the situation.
Decorum and norms of the institution should be followed in total, failing which a stern action as severe as expulsion may be taken by the school authorities.
The students as well as the parent/guardians are the honourable and most valued stakeholders of the MG World Vision’s esteemed community. Raised voices in and outside the premises of school, forced entries in the campus, collecting as a mob outside school premises, harassment of any kind verbal or physical, vandalising of property or spreading rumours of any kind thereby harming the repute of the institution tantamount to criminal offence under the safety of public property act ‘IPC section 425’ and will lead to a due repercussion in earnest.
